When you think fish and chips, you think big pieces of white cod breaded and fried and then sprinkled with a healthy dose of malt vinegar, right? Perhaps at your neighborhood pub, but at McCrady's, the bar snack menu turns traditional pub fare on its head. We were about halfway through a basket of grouper fritters when we realized that they reminded us of fish and chips. The fluffy little bites of fish get dusted with vinegar powder, which turns into a liquid as soon as it hits your tongue. It doesn't really look like fish and chips, but it tastes like the best fish and chips you ever had in your life.
