Blocks away from the busy bar scene along Seven Farms Road, the quaint and welcoming Laura Alberts offers a pleasant bistro and wine-and-craft beer bar atmosphere. While some of their more decadent lunch and dinner dishes can be quite rich and filling, they offer plenty of alternatives on the salad and entrée menu. During lunch, their gluten-free options include a spinach salad topped with egg and crispy bacon; a turkey and ham "roll-up" with bacon, lettuce, and tomato; a flat iron steak over spinach and romaine; a roasted vegetable Napoleon with basil pesto; and steamed mahi over rice noodles with a spinach/mushroom herb butter broth, among many other selections. It's easy to eat healthfully at this place, whether one's gluten-sensitive, vegetarian, or obsessed with a low-carb approach.
