Best House Yoga

House parties are great, but house yoga is where the zen is. Alex Seaman, a local yoga teacher who specializes in Kundalini, teaches the practice at her house almost every morning. While some start times (hello 5 a.m.) can be intimidating, the cozy atmosphere and Seaman’s warmth make it all worth it. And if you’ve never tried Kundalini, well, you’re in for a treat. If I told you we didn’t do the Vulcan salute while completing a breathing exercise, I’d be lying. Why? The movement connects the hemispheres of your brain. — Connelly Hardaway
