I must have driven by Jeff Cook’s mug on I-26 for months before I started taking notice of his real estate billboards. They started simple enough, Jeff’s face with a catchy tagline promising to sell your home. At some point they started adopting seasonal themes. Before too long, you had lightsaber-wielding Jedi Jeff using the Force to flip your house, a “Selling Homes is Awesome” campaign complete with a Lego Jeff, and even a light-up gingerbread house around the holidays. The Jeff Cook team tells us the billboards have paid off.
