Henry’s has always been a sexy little spot on the Market, but we left it to the tourists and the singles for a long time. A dramatic makeover in the fall has transformed Henry’s from meat market into a serious Market attraction. The deep red tones and plush couches set the vibe on the rooftop deck, where a spiral staircase leads revelers even higher to yet another deck. The setting is cozy and fun, and the new menu, crafted by Cru Catering, has a big wow factor thanks to a highly customized burger list featuring toppings like crunchy shrimp, foie gras torchon, fried eggs, pepper relish, and tomato chutney. They’re destined to become as coveted as John Zucker’s mac and cheese over at Cru Café. If you haven’t been yet, the warm weather will give you a great excuse to relax on their deck this spring.
