EVO has been doing things just a little bit differently as of late. Yes, they still serve up great pizza and some of the freshest, tastiest, most creative seasonal salads around, but they’ve begun expanding their menu. Each night they offer up a new special — whether it’s mac ‘n’ cheese or wood-fired sweet potatoes and turnips — and now they’ve begun serving up a regular rotation of sandwiches for lunch, an obvious EVO Bakery-inspired turn of events. Depending on the day, you might find a muffuletta, a meatball sandwich, a ham and cheese panini, or a duck cuban. The latter definitely gets two wings up.
