Pristine local fish from Mark and Kerry Marhefka's Abundant Seafood plays a starring role on the menus of Charleston's leading restaurants, but why should chefs hog the best catch? For $210, a full share nets participants 40 pounds of the freshest local delicacies like grouper, triggerfish, and snapper.
