Bradley Taylor takes pride in his Ossabaw Island hogs. He's also a fan of craft beer. When the good folks at Edmund's Oast were in need of a special hog to cook up for the Wine + Food Festival, Taylor made the wisest decision we could think of: he fed a hog nothing but acorns and beer for month. And we're not talking about High Life. We're talking about a thick, boozy 11.5 percent imperial stout. That pig had to be feeling good.
