First Raval was shut down and turned into Closed for Business. And then Chai's decided they would be revamping their tapas joint, too. You'd think that meant Spanish tapas was a dead trend, but Drazen Romic of Lana Restaurant has proven that not to be the case with Barsa. Romic took over the old Shine space on Line Street and transformed it into a warm, cozy den where adults can relax, drink great wine, and eat small plates of Spanish food, courtesy of former Chai's chef Derek Falta. It's a welcome new face on Upper King.
