It’s true. Many times, our visits to the Wine + Food Festival’s Culinary Village have felt like a cattle call. Smashed together in a blazing hot polyurethane tent, guests looking to try samples from various vendors more often got a wiff of other guests’ breath. But this year, the W+F team got smart and ditched the big sample tent altogether. Instead, a covered, outdoor V-shaped awning provided visitors a breezy way to taste the festival’s goods without gagging on other gastronauts’ B.O. And for that, we thank you.
