Join Chef Bill Smith for a dinner highlighting dishes from his book Crabs and Oysters: A Savor the South Cookbook. The Glass Onion's Chef Chris Stewart will collaborate with Smith on a four-course dinner with dishes inspired by Smith's book — so expect a seafood heavy menu. Your ticket includes a copy of Smith's book. An optional wine pairing can be added for $25.
