Black Like Me is an art show & community gathering that will present work by local African-Americans artists and other artists of African descent. The participants were encouraged to create and present work that represents social injustice, political issues, and depictions of the past and present of what it means to be Black in America. Featured artists include: AveryCreative, Jahsun, Scott Williams, Natalie Daise, Latasha Hollins, Shelley Bonner, Kelvin Bluffton, Karole Turner Campbell (KTC), Jeremy Darby, Wesley Allen Hardy, Charles Perrineau, DeWayne Sykes, Christopher Johnson, Michael Johnson, and more. Potluck and refreshments will be on site and attendees can bring what they wish to contribute.
