The Carolina Film Alliance is hosting their statewide general membership meeting on Jan. 13 at 3 p.m. downtown at PURE Theatre. This Charleston-based organization is geared toward anyone interested or involved in South Carolina’s film industry.
Those interested in becoming members or taking on more responsibility should attend, as part of this meeting's agenda will be to elect five new board members. CFA members will also give a presentation on the new Wage and Supplier Rebate Bill, legislation that was introduced to the S.C. Senate on Jan. 8 and is designed to attract more film projects to South Carolina.
