Bodies Full of Magic to release debut album, tour

Local band goes on a Magic carpet ride

Local indie-pop band Bodies Full of Magic, fronted by strummer/singer/songwriter Corey Webb, plans to release its debut album next week and promote it with a quick eEast Coast tour. The band recently recorded the self-titled collection at Awendaw Green. Look for the official CD release when Webb, vocalist Kristin Abbott, keyboardist Alex Hennessey, drummer Brett Nash, and trumpeter Karin Bliznik strike up a melodic set at the Rooftop Bar & Restaurant (19 Vendue Range, 843-577-7970) on Thurs.
