Guests can look forward to dishes like tostones with mojo de ajo and crema; seafood stew with local beeliner snaper and curry; jerk chicken with grilled pineapple and avocado; dry-aged beef patty with 100 day dry aged brisket and picadillo; and Plantation XO rum balls.
