Bourbon and Bacon Dinner

Circa 1886 is celebrating two of the great staples of Southern cuisine: Bourbon and Bacon with an informal spring reception and meal. The dinner created by chef Marc Collins will feature four courses, each one featuring a cocktail crafted with Virgil Kaine bourbon and a salty, savory bacon-centric dish.
