One year ago, the Butcher & Bee team traveled around Israel, making a memorable stop in a tiny Tel Aviv wine bar, Brut. For two nights only, Yair Yosefi and Omer Bengal of Brut Wine Bar will visit Charleston to cook a menu comprised of local products. Expect to see local seafood like shrimp and clams, as well as heritage eats like Anson Mills rice and grains. There will be a whole cauliflower with chraimeh (a tangy, spicy sauce), and surf and turf beef tartare and oysters. Guests will sip on Israeli wines, and all items will be available a la carte.
