Butcher Demo Dinner

When: Wed., June 26, 7-9 p.m. 2013

Attendees will learn how to break down a whole hog and discuss the best way to prepare the resulting cuts and sections. The evening will conclude with a casual pork dinner, and guests leave with their own meat to cook at home. Space is limited.
