Carolina Rice Kitchen Dinner

When: Wed., April 16, 6:30 p.m. 2014

Dr. David Shields, Glenn Roberts, and Dr. Brian Ward will discuss the history of the Carolina grain and the agricultural impact of this crop. Chef Parker will present a five-course menu highlighting the flavors of the antebellum Lowcountry. Featured wine pairings will be provided by Harry Root of Grassroots wine. A portion of the proceeds from this dinner will be donated to help research at Clemson University Agricultural Extension. Reservations required.

Price: $100 plus tax/gratuity
