Christmas Eve Brunch

All of here at the City Paper are far from Scrooges, but by the time Christmas Eve rolls around, we’re exhausted. We’ve made all the cookies, wrapped most of the gifts, and are dashing to the store for that last stuffing stocker, and the last thing we want to worry about is cooking another meal. Enter The Glass Onion’s Christmas Eve Brunch, featuring Beauregard Benedicts with Our Belle’s sausage, braised Cheshire Pork Belly, fried Kurios Farm green tomatoes, and pimento cheese omelets. The West Ashley eatery will also be serving $12 pitchers of mimosas and their house-made Bloody Marys with High Wire vodka to help you power through the “O Holy Night.” The Glass Onion will be closed for dinner service on Dec. 24 and all day Dec. 25, but they’ll reopen for normal hours Fri. Dec. 26.
