Choose from a five-course tasting menu and a glass of champagne ($100 per person) or a three-course dinner for $65 per person. Reservations are required. The menu features seared sea scallops and shrimp, chilled organic chicken breast, truffle goat cheese panna cotta croustade, and choise of sous vide of beef shoulder loin, seared snapper, or Berkshire pork tontoro. Dessert is midnight chocolate indulgence.
