Cocktail Supper

Imagine feasting on juniper-brined duck breast, jasmine rice cakes, frisée bell pepper salad, and more. Well lucky for you, you can at Circa 1886’s Cocktail Supper, which features four courses, each paired with a special alcoholic treat. Circa 1886 is teaming up with High Wire Distilling Co. and Striped Pig Distillery to create artisan cocktails that will be paired with each plate. First up is a margato, made with Striped Pig’s rum and vermouth; it’ll be paired with scallops and tropical sides. For the second course, a hearty duck course is complemented by a jasmine cocktail with High Wire gin and Cointreau. This is followed by a curry-braised veal osso bucco with a cinnamon Moscow mule made with High Wire vodka. Finally, blueberry fried pie will be served with Bee Stings, a mixture of Striped Pig’s moonshine, tea, honey, and lemon. The supper kicks off with 30 minutes of live music on the porch.
