Featuring summery chilled dishes from Chef Eva Kielty paired with cold ales and lagers. Charleston Beer Exchange's Shor will be on hand to present four courses, including local grouper escabèche paired with Moa Blanc (New Zealand), chilled tandori sweet corn soup with Bell’s Lager of the Lakes (Michigan), smoked ham and field peas with ginger-carrot panna cotta and Persephone Imperial Pilsner (Idaho), and key lime and passion fruit pavlova with Lindemans Cuvée René (Belgium).
