Barbecue and sauce master Doc Crombie stops by to cook an amazing dinner featuring some of his most enjoyed recipes. The menu includes local shrimp ceviche martini with tortilla chips; seared scallop with avocado and jalapeño; barbecue marinated flank steak with lemon risotto, asparagus, annd buerre blanc; and strawberry shortcake with vanilla ice cream.
