Edmund’s Oast Exchange is kicking off Fancy Wine Happy Hours each Friday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. starting February 2. For the weekly happy hour, guests can enjoy a different region of wine each month. Burgundy will be the focus for February. Guests will have a chance to enjoy bottles rarely served by the glass and at reasonable prices. The first happy hour will feature 2009 Meursault from Chateau de Puligny-Montrachet for $18/glass. Certified sommelier Sarah O’Kelley will be on hand to discuss the wines and regions.
