Edmund’s Oast will close to host a special dining and pairing event with 3 of the country’s top wine professionals. Proprietors Jasmine Hirsch of Hirsch Vineyards, Matt Licklider of LIOCO and Andy Peay of Peay Vineyards join forces on a special wine menu. Chef Andy Henderson will create a 5 course tasting menu featuring 2 options each. The wine professionals, serving as guest sommeliers, will assist with pairings. Three seatings: 7:00PM, 7:45PM and 8:30PM. Reservations required, seating limited.
