A dinner with Oregon winemaker Jerry Sass. A prix fixe menu will be paired with Sass’s wines, which he will be on hand to explain. There will be four courses featuring some of the first flavors of autumn paired with Sass’ 2007 Pinot Blanc, 2007 Chardonnay, and his 2005 Pinot Noir Vieux Amis.
