Monday

Meet up with fellow crafters for the monthly Islanders Craft Guild meeting at the James Island Masonic Center, starting at 7 p.m.

Emerald Empire performs at 8 p.m. at the Tin Roof.

Stop by Fabulon between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to check out Robert Maniscalco’s exhibit, The Quench Project and the Mire of Desire.

Tuesday

How Art Thou Jazz Lounge and Tapas Bar hosts a jazz open mic night, starting at 7 p.m.

Jonathan Pierce Trio performs at 6 p.m. at the Pour House.

Head over to Bishop England High School for a performance from La Voz del Desierto, promising rocker priests and laymen starting at 7 p.m.

Wednesday

Take the family to Wild Birds Unlimited from 10:30-11:30 a.m. for an interactive presentation on the “superhero” birds of our backyards.

Bay Creek Park promises arts, crafts, and other local goods for sale from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Venezuelan hot dogs and trivia abound at the Charleston Fermentory at 8 p.m.

Thursday

Fans of beach fashion: head to Mex 1 Cantina at 6 p.m. for a fashion show featuring apparel from Roxy, O’Neill, and more.

Rock out with Calhoun’s Calling at Loggerheads Beach Grill at 6 p.m.

Craft Conundrum offers an open mic at 6:30 p.m.

Test your trivia skills from 7-9 p.m. at Frothy Beard Brewing Company.

Friday

Get your karaoke on at the Green Goat, starting at 10 p.m.

The Night Caps bring their unique brand of Space Funk to Smoke BBQ at 10:30 p.m.

Palmetto Brewing hosts their always popular Loading Dock concert series, starting at 6:30 p.m. and featuring Cisco Kids and Bullets Benign.

Saturday

Spend your morning learning about how to help South Carolina’s threatened seabird species, the Least Terns, at Wild Birds Unlimited, starting at 10:30 a.m.

Holy City Brewing begins their birthday celebrations at 11 a.m., and offer a mechanical shark, a dunk tank, and over 25 beers on tap.

Stop by the Charleston Farmers Market for fresh eats and live music from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

The Alley hosts a Hip Hop BBQ from 5-10 p.m., playing old-school favorites from Nelly, Biggie, and all your other favorites.

Sunday

The Holy City Vintage Market is back at the Park Cafe from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., with featured nonprofit Enough Pie on hand to discuss their mission.

Catch Darius Ruckus at the Barrel, starting at 5 p.m.

Wrap up your weekend with some acoustic vibes at the Dinghy Taproom and Kitchen, where John Hughett and Matt begin performing at 7 p.m.
