Ghost Hunt in the Old City Jail

When: Thursdays-Saturdays, 12-2 a.m. and Wed., Oct. 31, 12-2 a.m. Continues through Oct. 31 2012

Haunted tours are all well and good, but sometimes you just want to get in there and see some real live ghosts. That’s when you call up Bulldog Tours. During October, they’re letting visitors hunt down the spirits haunting Charleston’s spookiest building, the Old City Jail. “These investigations definitely stand apart from your typical haunted house tour in Charleston,” says Bulldog Tours’ Theresa Stratford. Ghosthunters will spend the witching hours exploring the City Jail with expert guide Karen Marr, searching for signs of paranormal activity. Cameras, audio equipment, and EVP meters will be provided, and after the evening’s fun, your tour guide will compile all of the evening’s best footage and audio recordings to send to everyone the next day. These tours fill up fast, so make your reservations now.
