Goat Cheese, Wine, & Beer Tasting

Farrah Hoffmire, local owner of Organic Process Productions, (www.organicprocess.com) Giddy Goat Cheese will supply fresh handmade goat cheese for pairing with wines and beer. The Giddy Goat project is a part of Rosebank Farms’ Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program on Johns Island. Farrah will be on hand to discuss her involvement in bringing fresh, locally grown products literally to your doorstep. Giddy Goat is made using Split Creek Farms’ Grade A goat milk from Anderson S.C.
