Celebrate the final weeks of the season with the iconic symbol of summer, heirloom tomatoes, at Wild Common this Labor Day Weekend. Fermented, pickled, charred, and even spiced, Chef Orlando Pagán is making the most of the vegetable by incorporating it into each dish on the menu throughout the weekend. The four-course meal includes a series of tomato-forward snacks to start, a first course served tableside from a mobile “tomato cart”, the guest’s choice of entrée, and dessert to end the meal. Guests can also enjoy a selection of original cocktails featuring tomato as the star ingredient.
