Greg Garrison Guest Chef Dinner

Head to Zero George for a guest chef dinner featuring the season’s bounty, cooked up by Chef Greg Garrison of Prohibition, along with Zero George’s Chef Vinson Petrillo. Guests can look forward to dishes like lightly smoked sunburst trout with sea plants, caramelized buttermilk, and various grains; autumn roots with burgundy truffle, sheep’s milk cheese, and lovage; and roasted saddle of venison with salt-roasted sugar beets, seeds, and berries.
