Zero George Cooking School will host another installment of their guest chef series as they welcome Ashton Keefe, a classically trained chef from Manhattan’s French Culinary Institute. Keefe was lead instructor at NYC’s Haven’s Kitchen and writes for O magazine, Everyday with Rachael Ray, and Food 52. For the class, Keefe will be highlighting the culinary landscape of Provence. Guests will learn to make Local Seafood and Shellfish Bouillabaisse, pâte brisée for a Seasonal Tart, and Reconstructed Niçoise and Frisée Salad with Lardons and Poached Eggs. Each course will be paired with wine.
