When: Sat., Dec. 10, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. 2016
Come celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with one of the Lowcountry’s many holiday farmers markets. Christmas ornaments, glasswork, and original art from local artists, photographers, and potters will be on display for window shopping — and actual shopping. Local crafts will be up for grabs and will be provided by some Charleston favorites like Metal Art by Linda and Scotty, Goat Island Treasure Boxes, and Hermosa Jewelry, just to name a few. “If you can’t find something to buy, you probably have the hardest person to shop for,” says Mt. Pleasant Farmer’s Market Manager Tracy Richter. Christmas music will also be played thanks to Smalls Music Lab, a mobile classroom that brings music education to students K-12 living in underserved areas of Charleston, and singer-songwriter Susie Summers.
