Head to Xiao Bao Biscuit for a book signing with Matt Jennings, owner and chef at Townsman in Boston, Mass. His new cookbook, Homegrown, honors the food of his heritage and fresh ingredients. He brings his New England flavors to Xiao Bao for a mash-up menu with chef Joshua Walker where the two will be cooking special dishes, served a la carte style. Menu items include chowder soup dumplings, lobster salad scallion pancakes, map chili, and Jennings’ spin on XBB fave, okonomiyaki.
