Myofascial/trigger point release can reduce muscle tension, decreasing pain and stress on your joints, allowing you to move in a more flexible, functional fashion. Amanda Bonfiglio Cunningham, certified yoga teacher, will lead this workshop, during which you will experience the use of tennis balls and props against your bodies trigger points to stretch and release tightness.
