Tristan will preview Chef Aaron Deal's second trip to the James Beard House with a special dinner and fundraiser. The seven-course menu will be paired with wine, and will feature sustainable produce from The Chef's Garden. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Veggie U, a nonprofit organization that educates children on making wise food choices.
