When: Sat., May 5, 12-9 p.m. 2012
You’re “juanted” this Cinco de Mayo at the Mt. Pleasant Juanita Greenberg’s for the Nacho Royale’s one-year anniversary of serving up tacos and margaritas east of the Cooper. The Mexican holiday is going off at the Mexican restaurant with a party in the parking lot featuring a margarita station, loaded taco bar, jump castle, cornhole, piñatas, and a beer truck offering $4 drafts of Pacifico, Dos Equis, Negro Modelo, and Miller Lite. The margarita station will be serving the drinks frozen or on the rocks, as well as tequila shooters to fuel the fiesta. Grab a taco or two and a seat in the parking lot as the event starts outside at 11:30 a.m. with live music from the Island Trio, followed by Wadata, Old You, and the Graham Whorley Band. Jammin’ with Jamin will keep things going inside after 9 p.m., when a DJ takes over for the rest of the night. Ole!
