To celebrate Julia Child's 97th birthday Chef Michelle Weaver will recreate favorite recipes from Julia’s classic book Mastering the Art of French Cooking for you to enjoy throughout the month. Enjoy favorites such as Cream of Cucumber Soup, Classic Greens and Vinaigrette, and Coq Au Vin. The four-course tasting menu is available throughout August. Wine pairings selected by Sommelier Rick Rubel will be available also.
