Vidalco International & Vidalco Distributing open the doors of the Heritage winery to welcome you into the heart of one of the most beautiful vine growing areas in the world "The Bekaa-Valley". Cold & snowy winters, dry & hot summers, cool nights & misty mornings, brick-red clay & chalky soil, are all ideal conditions for getting vintages that produce exceptional wines. Menu by Executive Chef Travis Overholt and Club Manager, Fu Salam, a native of Lebanon. Dinner features Kibbeh with Yogurt-Garlic Sauce and Heritage, Le Fleuron, White. Trio of Appetizers on Traditional Pita with Falafel. Second course is Tabbouleh & Lentil Soup with Heritage, Plaisir du Vin. Entrée is Grilled Lamb Chops, rice pilaf, fatayer (spinach pie), lamb demi glace with Heritage, Chateau 2000, "Grand Vin." Dessert is Baklava with Heritage, Vin Doux. Reservations Required.
