The Daily is offering a live demonstration of how to cook a few highlight dishes from Aldea chef George Mendes' new cookbook, My Portugal. The Daily's sous chef Steve Seguin will lead the demo and showcase the soul of modern Portuguese cooking. Wine will be served alongside several courses. Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase that evening as well. Price includes food and wine.
