Local Made Easy: Cooking with Ricky Hacker

The chef and co-owner of EVO will teach attendees how to turn local produce into an easy meal for your family in less than an hour. This cooking class, held at Duvall Events' new state-of-the-art demo kitchen, 2816 Azalea Drive in North Charleston, will include a primer on meal planning, shopping for local foods, and efficiently turning out delicious meals that will excite your family about eating local.
