Edmund's Oast hosts a special wine dinner inspired by Cruse Wine Co. featuring its founder/winemaker Michael Cruse and his local distributor McCarus Beverage Company. The dinner will feature a thorough lineup of Cruse's wines: Petillant Naturel, Chardonnay, Monkey Jacket (red blend), Carignan, and Tannat. EO chef Bob Cook and pastry chef Heather Hutton will prepare a four course “family style” dinner. The dinner will be held in “The Library”, the new private dining room at Edmund’s Oast. Menu items include clams with sourdough, lacinato kale, and cultured cream; duck agnolotti with oyster mushrooms, fonduta, and bordelaise; adobo smoked short rib with lentil risotto, vegetable curry, and naan; and smoked chocolate tart, caramelized hazelnut mousse, and spiced cherries.
