Ommegang Beer Dinner

A five-course beer dinner prepared by Chef Jeremiah Bacon and his team. Featuring five fine ales from the Belgian-styled N.Y. micro Brewery Ommegang. The menu includes grilled pave of swordfish paired with Belgian Pale Ale, whole fried quail with Rare Vos Amber Ale, sweet onion tart and ricotta salata with the strong Ommegeddon (brewed with a dose of Brettanomyces yeast), braised venison with the dark and malty Ommegang Abbey Ale, and cherries and brie with the crisp and sour Ommegang Zuur.
