Pan Pacific Festival

The Culinary Institute of Charleston at Trident Tech celebrates Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month with a continuing education course that provides a tasting trip of several Asian cuisines. Students will learn to prepare Laotian shrimp and fruit salad, vegetables with Thai peanut sauce, laab, Thai chicken with lime, mint and cilantro, and Balinese coconut steamed rice.
