Executive chef Graham Dailey prepares a special four-course Thanksgiving Dinner featuring sweet potato bisque, local field greens with goat cheese, shaved crisp Carolina apple, spiced pumpkin seeds, and cornbread croutons in a maple vinaigrette, turkey with roasted garlic whipped potatoes, young green beans, wild mushroom cornbread stuffing, sage giblet gravy, and cranberry-orange conserve, and a pumpkin tart for dessert.
