Chefs from Charleston’s finest restaurants combine talents with local farmers committed to sustainable agriculture to present a four-course extravaganza of local flavor. The pairings include Frank Lee of Slightly North of Broad with Mark Marhefka of Abundant Seafood, Jacques Larson of Wild Olive with Pete Ambrose of Ambrose Farm, Mike Lata of FIG with Celeste Albers of Green Grocer, Sean Brock of McCrady’s with Maria Baldwin of Our Local Foods, and Ken Vedrinski of Trattoria Lucca with David Belanger of Clammer Dave’s Sustainable Gourmet. The dinner supports Roper St. Francis Cancer Center.
