RiverDogs vs. Asheville

When: April 11-12, 7:05 p.m., Wed., April 13, 11:05 a.m., June 9-10, 7:05 p.m., Sat., June 11, 6:05 p.m. and Sun., June 12, 5:05 p.m. 2016

The Charleston RiverDogs play a series of games against the Asheville Tourists starting this Thursday, and each day brings its own perks to the table. On Budweiser Thirsty Thursday, attendees can treat themselves to $1 drafts during happy hour with DJ Natty Heavy in the Ashley View Pub. Red Shirt Friday not only supports our military but earns fans $1 off their tickets, which they will then have the opportunity to donate to the Wounded Warrior Project. During the game, everyone in the stand will be transported back to the ‘80s with the greatest hits of the decade. The game will end with a bang — literally. Don’t go home early because this Friday night game will be wrapped up with a spectacular fireworks display. Saturday and Sunday’s games will celebrate Larry Doby, the first black player in the American League. Last but not least, Kid’s Club Sunday means guests can enjoy free parking and kids eat free. Before the game, kids can play catch on the field; after the game, they can run the bases like the ‘Dogs.
