Sake Dinner

Five courses, including amuse and dessert, will be paired with specialty sakes. Expect to see on the menu Blue Point oyster tempura, Hawaiian Poke martini, Nigiri sampler, Steak and potato roll and seared sea scallop with celeriac wasabi puree, along with assorted sorbets by Indigo Road pastry chef Kinsey Sattane.
