Halls Chophouse Executive Chef Matthew Niessner will be the lead chef at the 15th annual March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction, which highlights the culinary excellence of the area’s finest chefs. The event helps raise money for the March of Dimes in the Lowcountry while paying tribute to the culinary excellence of our local chefs and caterers. The black tie affair is geared toward people who enjoy fine dining, fine wine, auctions and entertainment. Chefs for the evening include Patrick Owens of Opal, Jason Rheinwald of The Ocean Room, Steven Lusby of 82 Queen, Daniel Doyle of Poogan’s Porch, Danny Kane of Rita’s Seaside Grille, Kevin Johnson of The Grocery, Marc Collins of Circa 1886, John Zucker of Cru Café and Catering, Matthew Brigham of Laura Alberts Tasteful Options, and Chef Robert Carter.
